WALKING GROUP – Meets every Tuesday & Thursday – 7am 
Join our Walking group to enjoy the serenity of the Redlands. Starting and ending point is Donald Simpson Centre. You can choose your own pace and distance up to 5kms.

PILATES – Meets every  Tuesday 5.30pm to 6.30pm & Friday 9am to 10am
Helps improve your balance, muscle conditioning, strengthening core muscles etc.

Qi-Gong – Meets every Monday 3pm to 4pm &  Wednesday 12.45pm to 1.45pm 
A form of gentle exercise to assist with flexibility, strength, and balance whilst harmonising body, mind and spirit.

Feldenkrais 
Join the Feldenkrais Awareness through movement. Various health benefits through this program. Please call the centre to find out the next scheduled class.
