Thomas Jithin

Thomas joined the Donald Simpson Centre as Centre Manager by the appointment of the Board in 2015 to oversee all management and operation aspects of the centre. The Board promoted Thomas as CEO at March 2019 Board meeting. As the CEO of community centre, Thomas works with DSC Board by providing inputs and responsible for implementing organisation Strategic Goals, fundraising effort, grant writing and future capital projects as agreed by the Board. Thomas is also responsible for the overall financial and operational management of the centre, staff and volunteer management, leading strategic goals and objectives, and directly dealing with any member concerns of the centre.

Thomas qualifications include

• Masters of Business Administration – Griffith University
• Bachelors of Business Administration majoring in Marketing and HR – Champlain College USA (Dubai Campus).
• Certificate IV Training and Assessment
• Lead with Impact – Responsible Self Leadership – Griffith University

Previous work experience in the Sporting and Registered Training Organisation industry.
